摘  要:为了解决运赖隧道施工中揭露大型厅堂式溶洞以及隧道右洞侧穿溶洞侧壁而面临着溶洞测量困难、溶洞内危岩掉块和溶洞侧壁偏压等难题,运用三维激光雷达扫描技术,确定溶洞的空间位置和形态,提出隧道侧穿空腔型溶洞的反压护拱施工方案,并采用数值模拟研究反压护拱方案隧道的位移场及应力场特性。结果表明:隧道侧穿溶洞侧壁时,围岩塑性区主要分布在开挖侧侧壁,溶洞侧壁向溶洞内变形,隧道开挖面临严重的偏压影响。反压护拱能抵抗溶洞侧壁偏压,为暗洞施工提前创造平衡的围岩条件,有效保护暗洞施工和运营期衬砌结构安全。在运赖隧道溶洞中应用反压护拱方案,保障了施工安全性。In order to solve the problems of large hall-like karst and the right tunnel side through the karst side wall,which are exposed in the construction of Yunlai Tunnel,such as difficult karst measurement,dangerous rocks falling in the karst and the bias pressure of the karst side wall,by using 3D LiDAR scanning technology,the spatial position and shape of the karst cave were determined,and a construction plan for the reverse pressure arch protection of the tunnel side penetrating cavity type karst cave was also proposed.The displacement field and stress field characteristics of the reverse pressure arch protection scheme tunnel were analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that when the tunnel passes through the sidewall of the karst cave,the plastic zone of the surrounding rock is mainly distributed on the excavation sidewall,and the karst cave sidewall deforms towards the inside of the cave.The tunnel excavation faces serious bias pressure effects.Anti-pressure arch protection can resist the lateral pressure of karst caves,create balanced surrounding rock conditions in advance for underground tunnel construction,and effectively protect the safety of lining structures during underground tunnel construction and operation.The anti-pressure arch protection scheme was applied in the Yunlai Tunnel karst cave to ensure construction safety.
