摘　　要：血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)是一种以四肢中小动静脉节段性、非化脓性炎症和动脉腔内血栓形成的特征、病因尚未完全明确的慢性闭塞性疾病。TAO的诊断主要依靠临床症状、体征和血管造影。戒烟是全球公认的预防TAO进展的重要治疗措施。随着医学技术的不断发展,近年来TAO的治疗手段不断进步,特别是腔内介入手术、干细胞移植术、胫骨横向骨搬移技术的应用和新兴药品的研发,给TAO患者带来了新的希望。本文将结合国内外文献对TAO的治疗进展进行综述,比较不同治疗方法的优势与劣势,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO)is a chronic occlusive disease characterized by small and medium-sized arteriovenous,non-suppurative inflammation and intraluminal thrombosis of the extremities,and its etiology is not yet fully understood.The diagnosis of TAO mainly relies on clinical symptoms,signs,and angiography.Smoking cessation is globally recognized as the only treatment to prevent the progression of TAO.With the development of medical technology,the treatment of TAO has been continuously improved in recent years,especially the application of endovascular interventional surgery,stem cell transplantation,tibial transverse bone transport technology and the research and development of emerging drugs,which brings new hope to TAO patients.This article will review the progress in the treatment of TAO in combination with domestic and foreign literature,and try to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different treatment methods for clinical reference.
