摘　　要：目的 探讨计算机断层扫描血管成像(CTA)检查颅内动脉瘤患者发生血管痉挛的影响因素。方法 收集2021年9月至2024年9月于常州市武进中医医院就诊的113例颅内动脉瘤CTA检查患者的临床资料,按照血管痉挛发生情况将其分为痉挛组(n=18)和非痉挛组(n=95),分析CTA检查颅内动脉瘤患者发生血管痉挛的影响因素。结果 两组患者年龄、吸烟史、瘤体直径、血流速度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸烟史、年龄≥60岁、血流速度增加、瘤体直径增大均是CTA检查颅内动脉瘤患者发生血管痉挛的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 吸烟史、年龄≥60岁、血流速度增加、瘤体直径增大均是CTA检查颅内动脉瘤患者发生血管痉挛的独立危险因素,临床中应早发现、早预防。Objective To investigate the factors influencing the occurrence of vasospasm in patients with intracranial aneurysm by computed tomography angiography(CTA).Method Clinical data of 113 patients receiving CTA examination for intracranial aneurysms in Changzhou Wujin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2021 to September 2024 were collected.According to the occurrence of vasospasm,they were divided into spastic group(n=18)and non-spastic group(n=95).The factors influencing the occurrence of vasospasm in patients with intracranial aneurysm examined by CTA was analyzed.Result There were significant differences in age,smoking history,tumor diameter and blood flow velocity between two groups(P<0.05).Smoking history,age≥60 years old,increased blood flow velocity,and tumor diameter were independent risk factors for vasospasm in patients with intracranial aneurysms examined by CTA(P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking history,age≥60 years old,increased blood flow velocity and tumor diameter are all independent risk factors for vasospasm in intracranial aneurysm patients examined by CTA.Early detection and treatment should be done in clinical practice.
