中医治疗卒中后便秘临床研究进展

摘　　要：查阅文献,从针刺(体针、电针、腹针、八髎穴针刺)、艾灸、推拿、耳穴压豆、穴位埋线、穴位贴敷、中药等方面对近年来中医治疗卒中后便秘的临床研究进行概述。指出中医疗法治疗卒中后便秘疗效确切,且操作简便、不良反应小、患者接受度高。但目前研究中存在作用机制研究不够深入、缺乏大样本研究、疗效评价标准难以统一等问题,今后应进一步深入探索卒中后便秘的发病机制及治疗的作用机制,制定统一的操作标准,寻求客观可靠的疗效评价标准,明确卒中后便秘治疗规范,为本病的临床诊疗提供科学依据。By reviewing the literature,this paper presents an overview of the clinical research on the treatment of post-stroke constipation with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in recent years,including acupuncture(body acupuncture,electroacupuncture,abdominal acupuncture,and acupuncture at the Baliao points),moxibustion,massage,auricular point pressing with seeds,acupoint embedding,acupoint application,and traditional Chinese medicine.It points out that TCM therapy is effective for post-stroke constipation,easy to operate,has few adverse reactions,and is well accepted by patients.However,there are still some problems in the current research,such as insufficient in-depth study of the mechanism of action,lack of large-sample studies,and difficulty in unifying the evaluation criteria for therapeutic effects.In the future,it is necessary to further explore the pathogenesis and mechanism of action of post-stroke constipation treatment,formulate unified operation standards,seek objective and reliable evaluation criteria for therapeutic effects,and clarify the treatment norms for post-stroke constipation,providing a scienti-fic basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
