摘　　要：查阅相关文献,从中医外治法(中药外涂、中药外洗、中药热敷、火针疗法、刮痧疗法、穴位埋线)及西医外治法(药物外治、光疗、手术治疗、遮盖及脱色治疗)2个方面对近年来外治法治疗白癜风的临床研究进行概述。外治法治疗白癜风疗效确切,但在临床应用过程中单纯使用一种外治法治疗白癜风仍有一定的局限性,且治疗周期较长,患者依从性不高。因此,在临床中应根据患者的具体情况选择合适的治疗方法,可多种治法联合应用,以取得更好的临床疗效。A review of recent clinical research on the treatment of vitiligo with external therapies has been conducted by consulting relevant literature, focusing on two aspects: traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) external therapies(including external application of Chinese herbal medicines, external washing with Chinese herbal medicines, herbal heat compress, fire needle therapy, scraping therapy, and acupoint catgut embedding) and Western medicine external therapies(including external medication, phototherapy, surgical treatment, camouflage and depigmentation therapy).External therapies have shown definite efficacy in treating vitiligo.However, in clinical application, the use of a single external therapy for vitiligo has certain limitations, with a relatively long treatment cycle and low patient compliance.Therefore, in clinical practice, an appropriate treatment method should be selected based on the specific condition of the patient, and a combination of multiple therapies can be applied to achieve better clinical outcomes.
