摘　　要：查阅相关文献,从电离辐射的病因、病机、常见防电离辐射的中药及作用机制3个方面对电离辐射的中医学认识及用药研究进行概述。电离辐射患者中医辨证多为肝肾亏虚、精血不足,肺热血瘀、气阴两虚,湿热下注、热伤血络,治宜益气扶正、滋阴养血、清热凉血、清热燥湿,临证需辨证论治、随症加减。今后需不断完善中医诊疗思路,为中医药治疗电离辐射提供科学的理论依据。Reviewing relevant literature,this paper provides an overview of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)understanding and drug use research on the causes,pathogenesis,common Chinese herbs used to prevent ionizing radiation,and their mechanisms of action.In TCM,the patients with ionizing radiation exposure are often diagnosed with liver and kidney deficiency,insufficiency of essence and blood,lung heat and blood stasis,deficiency of both qi and yin,and damp heat accumulation and heat injury to blood vessels.Treatment includes nourishing qi and supporting the proper functioning of the body,nourishing yin and blood,clearing heat and cooling blood,and clearing heat and drying dampness.In clinical practice,the treatment should be based on differential diagnosis and adjusted according to the patient's symptoms.In the future,it is necessary to continuously improve the TCM treatment strategy and provide scientific theoretical basis for the treatment of ionizing radiation with traditional Chinese medicine.
