摘　　要：腺样体肥大是儿科常见疾病,会对患儿产生不良影响。孟鲁司特和鼻用糖皮质激素是临床治疗小儿腺样体肥大的常用药物。该文总结孟鲁司特与鼻用糖皮质激素单独用药与联合用药治疗小儿腺样体肥大的作用机制、临床疗效、安全性等方面的相关研究,以期为临床合理用药提供参考依据。Adenoid hypertrophy is a common disease in pediatrics department,and can cause adverse effects on children.Montelukast and nasal glucocorticoid are commonly used drugs in clinical setting to treat adenoid hypertrophy in children.This paper summarizes the mechanism,clinical efficacy and safety of montelukast and nasal glucocorticoid that are used alone and in combination for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children,so as to provide reference for rational drug use in clinical setting.
