润肺膏联合布地奈德在支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析润肺膏联合布地奈德在支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年11月—2023年12月都匀市匀东镇中心卫生院收治的支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿61例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(31例)。对照组给予布地奈德吸入气雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予润肺膏治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.017)。观察组喘憋消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、发热消失时间及咳嗽缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组用力肺活量、呼气峰值流速、第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:润肺膏联合布地奈德在支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿中的应用效果显著,可快速缓解患儿临床症状,改善肺功能,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the application effect of Runfei ointment combined with budesonide in children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 61 children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma admitted to the Central Hospital of Yundong Town of Duyun City from November 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with budesonide inhalation aerosol and the observation group was treated with Runfei ointment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.017).The time of wheezing disappearance,pulmonary wheezing sound disappearance,pulmonary crackles disappearance,fever disappearance and cough relief in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow velocity,forced expiratory volume in 1 second,and forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity increased in the two groups,and these parameters in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Runfei ointment combined with budesonide in children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma has a significant effect,which can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and improve lung function without increasing adverse reactions.
