综合护理在老年缺铁性贫血患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理在老年缺铁性贫血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年10月—2024年11月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的60例老年缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理。对比两组血红蛋白水平、红细胞水平、生活质量及护理满意率。结果:护理后,两组血红蛋白、红细胞水平均升高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05);两组生理职能、生理功能、健康状况、情感职能、社会功能、精神健康、躯体疼痛、精力评分均升高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率比对照组高(P=0.003)。结论:综合护理在老年缺铁性贫血患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善血红蛋白、红细胞水平,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意率。Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with iron deficiency anemia.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with iron deficiency anemia admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from October 2023 to November 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The hemoglobin level,red blood cell level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the levels of hemoglobin and red blood cells in the two groups increased,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological functioning,health status,emotional function,social function,mental health,physical pain and energy in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.003).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with iron deficiency anemia has a significant effect,which can ameliorate the levels of hemoglobin and red blood cells,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate of patients.
