摘 要:目的:探讨LEARNS模式健康教育在CT检查流程优化中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6—12月于济南市第五人民医院影像科进行CT检查的患者2000例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各1000例。对照组接受常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上开展LEARNS模式健康教育。对比两组应激反应指标、检查效果、检查满意度。结果:检查时,两组心率、收缩压、舒张压均升高,但观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组检查等待时间、检查时间短于对照组,一次性检查通过率高于对照组(P<0.001)。两组检查满意度比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:LEARNS模式健康教育在CT检查流程优化中的应用效果显著,可以减轻患者应激反应,缩短检查等待时间、检查时间,提高一次性检查通过率。Objective:To explore the application effect of LEARNS mode health education in CT examination process optimization.Methods:A total of 2000 patients who underwent CT examination at the Imaging Department of the Fifth People's Hospital of Jinan between June 2022 and December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 1000 cases in each group.The control group received conventional management,and the observation group received LEARNS mode health education on the basis of control group.The stress response index,examination effect and examination satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:During examination,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups increased,but these parameters in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The waiting time and examination time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pass rate of one examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in examination satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of LEARNS mode health education in the CT examination process optimization has significant effects,and can alleviate patients'stress response,shorten the waiting time and examination time,and increase the pass rate of one examination.
