循证护理在慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析循证护理在慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年10月—2024年10月于徐州市中医院接受血液透析的80例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用循证护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组并发症总发生率更低(P<0.05)。护理后,两组物质状态、社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能评分升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理在慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析中的应用效果显著,可有效减轻患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高生存质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in hemodialysis of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic renal failure who received hemodialysis at Xuzhou City Hospital of TCM from October 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and a test group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group implemented convention nursing,and the test group implemented evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in two groups decreased,and the scores in the test group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the test group had a lower total incidence of complications(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of material status,social function,physical function and psychological function in the two groups increased,and the scores in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing in hemodialysis for patients with chronic renal failure has a significant effect,which can effectively relieve anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life.
