基于时间护理框架的康复护理在颅脑外伤患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于时间护理框架的康复护理在颅脑外伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2024年7月于泰州市第二人民医院神经外科接受手术的90例颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组(n=45)与康复组(n=45)。常规组接受常规护理,康复组接受基于时间护理框架的康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:康复组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、创伤后应激障碍评估量表评分低于常规组,蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表评分、简式Fugl-Meyer量表评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:基于时间护理框架的康复护理在颅脑外伤患者中的应用效果显著,可有效减轻患者创伤后应激障碍,改善其神经及认知功能,并可提高其运动能力。Objective:To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing based on the time nursing framework in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:From July 2022 to July 2024,a total of 90 patients with traumatic brain injury who received treatment in the Neurosurgery Department of Taizhou Second People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a routine group(n=45)and a rehabilitation group(n=45)using a random number table method.The routine group received routine nursing,and the rehabilitation group received rehabilitation nursing based on the time nursing framework.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Assessment Scale in the rehabilitation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale and the short-form Fugl-Meyer scale in the rehabilitation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing based on the time nursing framework has significant application effects in patients with traumatic brain injury,and can effectively alleviate post-traumatic stress disorder,improve their neurological and cognitive functions,and enhance their motor abilities.
