中医综合护理在冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究中医综合护理在冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月唐山市中心医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者92例进行研究,按照随机数字表法分组,每组46例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组心绞痛发作情况、心绞痛稳定状态、活动受限情况、疾病认知程度和护理满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组心绞痛发作情况、心绞痛稳定状态、活动受限情况、疾病认知程度和护理满意度评分提高,且观察组评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。护理前,两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组LVEF提高,LVESD、LVEDD缩短,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:中医综合护理在冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻心绞痛,改善患者心功能,减少并发症发生风险。Objective:To investigate the application effect of TCM comprehensive nursing in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 92 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Tangshan Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for study.They were divided into groups according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given TCM comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of angina attack,stable angina pectoris,activity limitation,disease awareness and nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of angina attack,stable angina pectoris,activity limitation,disease awareness and nursing satisfaction in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular enddiastolic diameter(LVEDD)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,LVEF increased and LVESD and LVEDD shortened in the two groups,and the improvement range in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of TCM comprehensive nursing in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has a significant effect,and can relieve angina,improve patients'cardiac function,and reduce the risk of complications.
