摘  要:本文提出了一种高性能的宽频带双极化波形选择表面。该波形选择表面为电子设备提供了优秀的双极化波形选择能力,实现了在其工作频段内,有选择性地让入射的连续波通过,而屏蔽高功率的入射脉冲波。本文所设计的波形选择表面是由连接有二极管整流桥与RC并联电路的周期性结构组成,通过电磁场与电路联合仿真,仿真结果表明该波形选择表面具有较宽的工作频带,在1.13GHz-1.45GHz的频段内,两种极化的50ns脉冲波透射率均小于25%,而连续波的透射率均大于70%,在中心频率1.3GHz处,两种极化的连续波透射率均高于90%。This paper presents a high-performance wideband dual-polarized waveform selective surfaces(WSS).The waveform selective surfaces provide excellent dual-polarization waveform selection capability for electronic devices,which realizes selectively letting the incident continuous wave(CW)pass and shielding the high-power incident pulse wave(PW)in its operating frequency band.The waveform selective surfaces designed in this paper is composed of a periodic structure connected with a diode rectifier bridge and an RC parallel circuit,and through the joint simulation of electromagnetic fields and circuits,the simulation results show that the waveform selective surfaces have a wide operating frequency band,and the transmission rate of the 50ns pulse wave of both polarizations is less than 25% and that of the continuous wave is greater than 70% in the frequency band of 1.13GHz-1.45 GHz.At the center frequency of 1.3 GHz,the continuous wave transmittance is higher than 90% for both polarizations.
