摘 要:目的:探究上肢智能反馈训练联合运动想象训练对脑卒中上肢功能障碍患者的疗效。方法:收集2022年10月至2024年1月温州市人民医院收治的78例脑卒中上肢功能障碍患者,根据治疗方式分为A、B、C组,分别给予上肢智能反馈训练、运动想象训练及联合治疗。比较3组康复疗效、上肢功能、活动能力、肌力和肌张力及安全性指标差异。结果:C组康复疗效总有效率高于A组、B组(P<0.05);治疗后,3组简化Fugl-Meyer评定量表上肢部分、使用量表、动作质量量表、动作活动记录量表、Lovett肌力分级及改良Ashworth痉挛量表评分均上升,且C组高于A组、B组(均P<0.05);3组均未发生不良反应和并发症。结论:上肢智能反馈训练联合运动想象训练在脑卒中上肢功能障碍患者康复中可能有较好的应用效果,能够促进上肢功能恢复,增强肌力,缓解肌张力。Objective:To explore the effect of upper limb intelligence feedback training combined with motor imagination training on upper limb dysfunction patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 78 stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction from October 2022 to January 2024 were collected and divided into groups A,B and C according to treatment methods,who were respectively given upper limb intelligence feedback training,motor imagination training and combined treatment.The rehabilitation efficacy,upper limb function,mobility,muscle strength,muscle tension and safety indexes of the three groups were compared.Results:Group C had higher total effective rate of rehabilitation than group A or group B(P<0.05).After treatment,all the three groups increased in simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment-upper extremities,usage scale,movement quality scale,motor activity recording scale,Lovett muscle strength scale and modified Ashworth spasmodic scale scores,with group C higher than group A or group B(P<0.05).Adverse reactions or complications occurred in none of the three groups.Conclusion:Upper limb intelligent feedback training combined with motor imagination training may produce good application effect in the rehabilitation of stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction in that it can promote the recovery of upper limb function,enhance muscle strength and relieve muscle tension.
