健康中国背景下医学高校拓展训练课程思政教学困境及提质增效策略——以温州医科大学为例

摘  要:以温州医科大学为例,运用专家访谈、文献资料、案例分析、经验总结等方法分析了拓展训练思政教学普遍存在的困境,从培养健康中国建设者视角阐释了拓展训练课程思政价值意蕴并提出了“三全”提质增效策略。存在的困境:身体练习难保障,总结提升难迁移,思政教育难入心。拓展价值:与传统体育课程形成协同效应,激发医学生提升全民族身体素质责任感;回应新医科建设任务,提升医学生鉴别性胜任力。提质增效策略:优化教学流程,创新项目设计实现回归体能;创设教学组织环境,聚焦学科专业背景实现聚焦专业;打造体医融合课程体系,强化师资管理培训夯实思政入心地基。Taking Wenzhou Medical University as an example,this study uses methods such as expert interviews,literature review,case analysis,and experience summary to firstly analyze the common dilemma of ideological education in outward bound course,and then explore its ideological values and strategies to improve quality and efficiency from the perspective of cultivating healthy Chinese builders.The dilemma of ideological education in the outward-bound course mainly lies in the difficulty in ensuring physical exercise,difficulty in the experiential learning transfer,and difficulty in the identity of the course ideological value.However,the outward-bound course plays an important role,in collaborating with other PE courses,to inspire medical students to feel a sense of responsibility for improving the overall physical fitness of the nation,to respond to the task of building new medical disciplines and to enhance medical students'identification skills.Here are the strategies we’ve taken to improve the ideological education quality and efficiency of the outward-bound course at Wenzhou Medical University.We optimize teaching procedures and design physical fitness projects.In order to create a better teaching organizational environment,we focus more on the students’majors and professional background.To achieve the curriculum goal of‘returning to physical fitness,focusing on majors,and integrating and coexisting’,we create an integrated curriculum in combination of physical education and medicine and strengthen teacher management.
