醒脾化浊方对糖尿病前期痰湿体质患者的疗效及对血糖水平和肾功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脾化浊方治疗糖尿病前期痰湿体质患者的效果及对血糖水平和肾功能指标的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2023年12月医院收治的104例糖尿病前期痰湿体质患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为西药组(n=52)和联合组(n=52)。西药组接受二甲双胍治疗,联合组接受二甲双胍联合醒脾化浊方治疗。记录治疗3个月后的临床疗效,比较治疗前和治疗3个月后血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]水平、血脂指标[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平、肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)]水平。结果治疗3个月后,联合组临床治疗总有效率高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,2组患者FPG、HbA1c、2 hPG水平均降低,且联合组低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,2组患者TG、TC、LDL-C水平较治疗前下降,且联合组低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者HDL-C水平升高,且联合组高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,患者Scr、BUN、β_(2)-MG水平均降低,且联合组低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病前期痰湿体质患者中,二甲双胍联合醒脾化浊方能够有效改善患者血糖指标水平,并发挥肾脏保护作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xingpi Huazhuo Prescription in treating pre-diabetic patients with phlegm-damp constitution and its impacts on blood glucose levels and renal function indicators.Methods A total of 104 pre-diabetic patients with phlegm-damp constitution admitted to the hospital between January 2021 and December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into western medicine group(n=52)and combined group(n=52)using a random number table method.The western medicine group received metformin treatment,while the combined group received metformin combined with Xingpi Huazhuo Prescription.Clinical efficacy was recorded after 3 months of treatment,and blood glucose indexes such as[fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and 2-h plasma glucose(2 hPG)]levels,lipid indicators[triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],and renal function indicators[serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),β_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)]were compared before and after 3 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total clinical effectiveness in the combined group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of FPG,HbA1c,and 2 hPG decreased in both groups,and the combined group showed lower levels than the western medicine group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of TG,TC,and LDL-C decreased in both groups compared with before treatment,and the combined group showed lower levels than the western medicine group(P<0.05);the levels of HDL-C increased in both groups,and the combined group showed higher levels than the western medicine group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN,andβ_(2)-MG decreased in both groups,with the combined group showing lower levels than the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion In pre-diabetic patients with phlegm-damp constitution,metformin combined with Xingpi Huazhuo Prescription can effectively
