濒危植物紫纹兜兰种群数量结构与生存潜力

摘  要:为探究福建省漳州市诏安县乌山国家森林公园内紫纹兜兰(Paphiopedilum purpura‐tum)的种群数量结构及生存状况,对其进行了跟踪调查,研究其年龄结构、静态生命表及存活曲线,运用时间序列模型预测了种群数量动态。研究发现,该保护区内紫纹兜兰分为3个种群,共有26株。其中:Ⅰ龄植株数量较少,仅占3.85%;龄级Ⅱ至Ⅳ,占84.62%;龄级Ⅴ至Ⅵ(开花植株)的个体数量仅为3株,占整个种群的11.54%。该种群存活率在幼龄阶段较低,随龄级增加先增后减,龄级Ⅳ至龄级Ⅵ时急剧下降。存活曲线分析显示,Deevey-Ⅰ型更符合乌山紫纹兜兰种群。总体来看,该种群面临严峻形势,需加强保护。In order to explore the population structure and survival status of Paphiopedilum purpura‐tum in Wushan National Forest Park,Zhao'an County,Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province,this study conducted a longitudinal survey to examine its age structure,static life table,and survival curves.Time series models were employed to predict the population dynamics.The study found that P.purpu‐ratum in the reserve was divided into three populations,with a total of 26 strains.Among these,the number of individuals in age class I is relatively low,accounting for only 3.85%.Age classesⅡtoⅣaccount for 84.62%of the population,while individuals in age classesⅤtoⅥ(flowering plants)number only three,representing 11.54%of the total population.The survival rate of this population is low in the juvenile stage,increases with age class until it peaks,and then declines sharply from age classⅣtoⅥ.The survival curve analysis showed that the Deevey-I model was more suitable for the population of P.purpuratum in Wushan.In general,the population is facing a severe situation and requires enhanced conservation efforts.
