摘　　要：通过对甘肃省14个市(州)的医疗保障(以下简称医保)经办机构进行调查,分析医保经办机构设置、基层运行机制、人员配备及经办服务下沉情况、经办大厅环境建设和信息化建设等现状。调查发现甘肃省医保经办机构存在机构设置不均衡、标准化较低、专业人员欠缺、工作量大、政府财政支持不足、经办服务事项下沉不足、信息化水平低等问题,提出优化医保经办机构制度建设、提高政府部门支持力度和重视程度、健全基层医保经办网络建设、加强信息化建设等建议。Through a survey of medical insurance agencies in 14 cities and prefectures in Gansu,and then analyze the current situation of the establishment of medical insurance agencies,the operational mechanism of medical insurance agencies at the grassroots level,the staffing,the sinking of agency services,the environmental construction of agency halls,and the information construction.The survey found that there are problems in the management and service of medical insurance agencies in Gansu,such as the uneven setting and low standardization of medical insurance agencies,the lack of professional personnel and heavy workload,the insufficient financial support from the government,the insufficient sinking of agency services,and the low level of information technology.Based on these problems,it proposes policy suggestions to optimize the institutional construction of medical insurance agencies,increase the support and attention of government departments,improve the construction of grassroots agency networks,and strengthen information construction.
