兰州市某三级医院眼科医务人员体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析2021年在兰州市某三级甲等医院参加健康体检的116名眼科医务人员的健康状况。方法:对116名眼科医务人员进行了一般检查、实验室检查和其他辅助检查。主要检测项目涵盖身高、体重、血压等常规项目以及血常规、尿常规、肝功能等实验室检测。结果:体检人员中健康异常检出率高达97.41%,其中男性健康异常检出率为14.65%,女性为85.34%。患病率排名前5位的疾病依次为胃功能异常、屈光不正、甲状腺结节、脂肪肝、高血压。不同性别体检人员脂肪肝和高血压检出率差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为15.505,20.695,P<0.05)。结论:应对眼科医务人员的健康进行管理,对眼科医务人员体检后进行随访和督促治疗,防止慢性病的发生和发展,提升眼科医务人员的总体健康水平。OBJECTIVE To analyze the health status of 116 ophthalmic medical personnel who participated in the health examination in a third-grade hospital in Lanzhou.METHODS General examinations,laboratory examinations and other ancillary examinations were carried out on 116 ophthalmic medical personnel.The main test items include routine items such as height,weight and blood pressure,as well as laboratory tests such as blood routine,urine routine and liver function.RESULTS The rate of abnormal health was as high as 97.41%,among which 14.65%were males and 85.34%were females.The top 5 diseases were gastric dysfunction,ametropia,thyroid nodule,fatty liver and hypertension.There were significant differences in the detection rates of fatty liver and hypertension among different genders(χ^(2)=15.505,20.695,P<0.05).CONCLUSION It is necessary to manage the health of ophthalmic medical personnel,follow up and supervise the treatment of ophthalmic medical personnel after physical examination,prevent the occurrence and development of chronic diseases,and improve the overall health level of ophthalmic medical personnel.
