国内近20年ICU气管插管研究热点与趋势分析——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的为分析国内ICU气管插管领域的研究现状和发展趋势。方法采用CiteSpace 6.3 R1对来自中国知网、万方和维普数据库的自2003—2023年的6418篇中文文献进行可视化分析,从发文量、机构和作者合作情况、关键词共现与聚类等方面进行研究。结果ICU气管插管领域关键词产生了16个聚类,聚类规模最大的是“人工气道”;“影响因素”和“镇痛”是2017—2023年研究的热点和重点。结论现有ICU气管插管研究领域高产作者和研究机构均较少,地域发展不平衡,研究团队间、区域间机构合作程度不够紧密,未来应加强合作,形成示范性、多中心、跨学科的研究团队,促进ICU气管插管研究的进一步发展。Objective To analyze the research status and development trends in the field of ICU endotracheal intubation in China.Methods CiteSpace 6.3 R1 was used to conduct a visualized analysis of 6,418 Chinese articles from the CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases from 2003 to 2023.The analysis focused on publication volume,institutional and author collaborations,keyword co-occurrence,clustering analysis,and other aspects.Results Sixteen clusters were identified among the keywords in the field of ICU endotracheal intubation,with“artificial airway”as the largest cluster.“Influencing factors”and“analgesia”were the hotspots and priorities of research from 2017 to 2023.Conclusion Currently,there are few highly productive authors and research institutions in the field of ICU endotracheal intubation,and the regional development is uneven with insufficient collaboration among research teams and regional institutions.In the future,cooperation should be strengthened to form model,multicenter,and interdisciplinary research teams to promote further development in this field.
