核桃林下丹参规范化种植技术及品质评价

摘  要:为了实现丹参-核桃产业绿色可持续发展,进而提高农民经济效益、保护林业资源、改善生态环境。基于中药材生产过程中的质量控制及药材商品的质量评价的需要,对核桃林下种植丹参生产过程中的关键技术进行了总结,并在此基础上测定4个不同林地种植丹参的丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮Ⅱ、隐丹参酮和丹酚酸的含量,采用主成分因子分析法对丹参品质进行评价。结果表明,此规范化种植技术提高了丹参在核桃林下的种植成效,且丹参的有效成分含量均高于国家药典标准,4个成分之间存在一定的相关性;经主成分分析法提取出两个主成分,累积方差贡献率为99.846%,以主成分为评价指标,综合评价结果表明富恒乡石竹村(黏土)核桃林下的丹参综合得分是1.416,品质最好,其次是富恒乡白荞村(砂壤土)的丹参。In order to realize the green and sustainable development of Salvia miltiorrhiza-walnut industry,and then improve farmers'economic benefits,protect forestry resources,and improve the ecological environment.Based on the needs of quality control in the production process of traditional Chinese medicine and the quality evaluation of medicinal commodities,this paper summarized the key technologies in the production process of planting S.miltiorrhiza under walnut forest,and determined the contents of tanshinoneⅠ,tanshinoneⅡ,cryptotanshinone and salvianolic acid in S.miltiorrhiza planted in four different forest lands,and evaluated the quality of S.miltiorrhiza by principal component factor analysis.The results showed that the standardized planting technology improved the planting effect of S.miltiorrhiza under walnut forest,and the content of effective components of S.miltiorrhiza was higher than the national pharmacopoeia standard,and there was a certain correlation between the four components;Two principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 99.846%.Taking the principal component as the evaluation index,the comprehensive evaluation results showed that the comprehensive score of S.miltiorrhiza under walnut forest in Shizhu Village(clay)of Fuheng township was 1.416,and the quality was the best,followed by S.miltiorrhiza in Baiqiao Village(sandy loam)of Fuheng township.
