摘　　要：本研究通过回顾宫颈环扎术应用于治疗宫颈机能不全的发展历程,分析了经阴道、剖腹、腹腔镜经腹和机器人辅助经腹宫颈环扎术等不同手术入路的优势和不足,着重介绍了机器人辅助经腹宫颈环扎术的应用现状,并分享了机器人辅助经腹宫颈环扎术的操作经验和技术要领,旨在推广机器人辅助经腹宫颈环扎术的应用。By reviewing the development process of cervical cerclage in the treatment of cervical insufficiency,the advantages and disadvantages of different surgical approaches including transvaginal,laparotomy,laparoscopic and robot-assisted transabdominal cervical cerclage(RA-TAC)are analyzed in this paper.The clinical indications,efficacy,safety and complications of RA-TAC are highlighted,as wen as the clinical experience and surgical skills of RA-TAC are shared with the purpose of promotion of this technique.
