摘 要:目的评价一种新型高能脉冲紫外消毒器的杀菌性能,并验证其对航空器模拟现场消毒的效果。方法依据GB 28235—2020《紫外线消毒器卫生要求》,使用载体定量杀菌试验及模拟现场消毒试验方法,使新型高能脉冲紫外消毒机器人打开消毒灯,距离染菌载体20 cm处照射10 s、20 s、30 s,对涂抹染菌于模拟航空器机舱各部位材料的表面自动扫描作用一遍,检测30个样本,根据消毒前后测试菌的数量,计算对测试菌的杀灭对数值。结果新型高能脉冲紫外消毒机器人的消毒灯距离物体表面20 cm处照射10 s、20 s、30 s,对载体玻片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的平均杀灭对数值均≥3.00,对涂抹在模拟航空器机舱各部位材料表面的金黄色葡萄球菌自动扫描作用一遍,平均杀灭对数值为5.85,各样本杀灭对数值均≥3.00。结论高能脉冲紫外消毒机器人对航空器光滑物体表面的消毒效果良好。Objective To evaluate the bactericidal performance of a novel high energy pulse ultraviolet disinfection sterilizer,to verify the actual disinfection effect on simulated aircraft.Methods The carrier quantitative sterilization test and simulated onsite disinfection test were used according to GB 28235-2020"Hygienic Requirements for Ultraviolet Appliance of Disinfec-tion".The developed novel high energy pulse ultraviolet disinfection robot opened the disinfection lamps to irradiate the surface of the bacterial carriers at 20 cm distances for 10,20,30 seconds,separately.Then,it automatically scaned the surface of the materials applied to different parts of the simulated aircraft cabin,totally 30 samples.The average killing logarithm value was calculated based on the count of the bacteria tested before and after disinfection.Results The robot disinfection lamp automatically irradiated at a distance of 20 cm from the hard objects surface for 10 seconds,20 seconds and 30 seconds,respectively.The average killing logarithms of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on the carrier slide were all≥3.00.The average killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus applied to various parts of the simulated aircraft cabin was 5.85.The killing logarithm of each sample was≥3.00.Conclusion The high energy pulse ultraviolet disinfection robot showed a good disinfection effect on the surface of smooth objects in the cabin.
