摘 要:肠球菌是具有耐盐耐高温特性的革兰阳性球菌,也是重要的条件致病菌,在医院内感染中仅次于金黄色葡萄球菌居第二位,因其多重耐药性造成的公共安全威胁被医学界广泛关注。肠球菌也是水与食品污染的重要指示菌,在环境监测方面也具有重要意义。当前分子生物学发展迅速,核酸扩增技术因其检测速度快、特异性好、灵敏度高的特点被广泛应用。本文梳理了当前肠球菌快速检测技术,介绍了核酸扩增技术、恒温扩增技术、微流控芯片技术,为肠球菌快速检测方法的建立提供参考。The genus Enterococcus is composed by Gram-positive cocci and has significant salt and heat tolerance.Enterococcus is also an important opportunistic pathogen,ranking second only to Staphylococcus aureus in nosocomial infections.The public safety threat caused by its multi-drug resistance has been widely concerned by the medical community.Moreover,Enterococcus serves as a crucial indicator for water and food contamination,and it is also of great significance in environmental monitoring.With the rapid advancements in molecular biology,nucleic acid amplification techniques has gained widespread usage owing to its fast detection speed,good specificity and high sensitivity characteristics.This review aimed to provide insights into the rapid detection technologies of Enterococcus while introducing nucleic acid amplification techniques,isothermal amplification,microfluidic chip as potential references for establishing rapid detection approaches of Enterococcus.
