摘 要:病原微生物种类的鉴定是防止生物安全事件发生和发展的关键环节。以实时荧光定量PCR为主的核酸检测是病原微生物鉴定的主要手段,但检测周期长、步骤繁琐,难以实现即时快速的检测,核酸等温扩增无需热变性,操作简单、快速,与可视化检测技术相结合不仅缩短了检测时间,更重要的是摆脱了对硬件的束缚,降低了对实验环境的依赖。本文介绍了几种主要的等温扩增技术、可视化检测方法及其在病原微生物检测中的应用,为选择病原微生物及时快速检测技术提供参考。The identification of pathogenic microorganism is a key procedure to prevent the occurrence and development of biosecurity incidents.Nucleic acid detection based on Real-time PCR is the main means of pathogenic microorganism identifi-cation.However,its time-consuming and cumbersome making it difficult to achieve point-of-care testing.Nucleic acid isother-mal amplification is simple and efficient,and combining it with visual detection methods not only shortens the detection time,but also more importantly,it gets rid of the constraints of hardware and reduces the dependence on the experimental environ-ment.This paper introduced several main isothermal amplification technologies,visual detection methods and their application in the detection of pathogenic microorganisms,aimed to provide reference for the selection of rapid detection technologies for pathogenic microorganisms.
