摘　　要：Traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides account for more than 10%of the mass of herbs and are one of the most important components of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).However,the actual value of polysaccharides has been underestimated due to the lack of clarity in the characterization and uptake of their structure.A systematic summary of polysaccharides can help researchers grasp the direction of research,clarify the progress and shortcomings of polysaccharide research,and lay the foundation for subsequent development.
