摘　　要：本文从服务业开放视角切入,分析服务外包影响价格的内在机理。首先,本文构建两国多部门理论模型,探讨服务外包抑制价格上涨的三种机制。其次,我们将WIOD数据库与世界银行数据库、UNcomtrade数据库和ITBP数据库相匹配,测度2000—2014年跨国双边细分行业的离岸服务外包和在岸服务外包。在此基础上的实证研究表明:服务外包提高10%,价格指数下降0.49%。并且这种影响集中在发包国是发达国家的样本中;当接包国是发展中国家时,服务外包对价格指数抑制作用更强。随后,我们进行包括结构性引力模型和Bartik-IV在内的多种稳健性检验,以保证实证结果的可靠性。最后,我们分别验证服务外包影响价格指数的价格效应、生产率效应和产业关联效应。Our paper analyzes the internal mechanism of service outsourcing affecting inflation.Firstly,this paper constructs a multi-sector theoretical model of the two countries and discusses three mechanisms of service outsourcing to suppress inflation.Secondly,we matched WIOD database with World Bank database,UNcomtrade database and ITBP database to measure offshore service outsourcing and onshore service outsourcing in multinational and bilateral segmented industries from 2000 to 2014.On this basis,the empirical findings are as follows:when service outsourcing increases by 10%,inflation decreases by 0.49%.And this effect is concentrated in the sample where the contracting country is a developed country;When the contracting country is a developing country,the effect of service outsourcing on inflation suppression is stronger.Subsequently,we used a variety of robustness tests including the structural gravity model and Bartik-IV to ensure the reliability of the empirical results.Finally,we respectively verify the price effect,productivity effect and industry correlation effect of service outsourcing on inflation.This study is of great significance to our service industry opening,developing service outsourcing and managing inflation.
