摘　　要：基于我国区域间非竞争型投入产出表中的中间品和最终品省际流动数据,以全国范围内共计11个国家级城市群为样本,通过构建多时点双重差分模型检验了国家级城市群规划对省际循环的影响,并探究了这种影响的经济机制。研究结果表明:(1)国家级城市群规划促进了中间品和最终品的省际流动;(2)国家级城市群规划促进中间品和最终品省际流动的一个经济机制是降低省份间市场分割水平,另一个经济机制是缩小省份间市场制度差异;(3)国家级城市群规划有利于增加民间消费品循环和三大产业消费品循环,但对政府消费品循环没有明显的促进作用;(4)国家级城市群规划对省际中间品和最终品流动网络的演化没有显著影响。因此,为构建以国内大循环为主的新发展格局,需要进一步落实国家级城市群发展规划,加速推进区域统一市场构建,并充分释放民间生产与消费潜能。Based on the data of intermediate and final goods interprovincial flow from China's non-competitive input-output table,and taking 11 national urban agglomerations as samples,we examine the impact of national urban agglomeration plannings on interprovincial circulation,and explore the economic mechanism.The results show that:(1)National urban agglomeration promotes the inter-provincial flow of intermediate and final goods.(2)One economic mechanism for national urban agglomeration planning to promote the interprovincial flow of intermediate and final goods is to reduce the level of market segmentation between provinces.Another economic mechanism is to narrow the differences in market systems between provinces.(3)National urban agglomerations is conducive to increasing the circulation of private consumer goods,but it has no obvious effect on the circulation of government consumer goods.(4)National urban agglomerations promote the evolution of interprovincial final goods flow network,but had no significant impact on the evolution of intermediate goods flow network.Therefore,it is necessary to further implement the national urban agglomeration plannings,accelerate the construction of a unified regional market,and fully release the potential of production and consumption.
