摘　　要：全人类共同价值找到了全人类共建美好世界的价值最大公约数,是解决全球性挑战、服务全人类发展的价值基础,全人类共同价值的国际传播有助于实现对西方话语霸权的解构、促进中国国际话语权的提升,并打开多元价值共生的新局面。在华留学生作为中外文化交流互鉴的重要载体,充分发挥桥梁和纽带作用,其知华、友华、爱华的情感优势、推动建设人类命运共同体的在场优势、融合中外的双重文化优势以及基于他者视角的二次传播优势日益凸显,既造福于中国人民、又推动世界各国共同发展。为了在全球范围内广泛传播全人类共同价值,并加深在华留学生对中国主张,尤其是全人类共同价值理念的科学认知与认同,充分利用在华留学生于国际传播中所具备的独特优势意义重大。The common values of all humankind provide the greatest common denominator of values for building a better world,which serves as the value basis to address global challenges and promote the development of all humanity.The global spread of the common human values can help to dismantle the dominance of Western discourse,enhance China’s international discourse,and foster a new era of coexistence among diverse value systems.As an important vehicle for cultural exchanges and mutual understanding between China and foreign countries,international students in China are giving full play to their role as bridges and links.Their emotional advantage of knowing China,being friendly to China and loving China,the presence advantage of promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind,dual cultural advantage of integrating China and foreign countries and the advantage of secondary spread based on the other’s perspective are increasing prominent to benefit the Chinese people and promote the common development of all countries in the world as well.It is extremely important to widely disseminate the common values of humankind on a global scale,strengthen international students’scientific understanding of China’s claim including the common values of all humankind,and make the most of their unique advantages in the global spread of the common values of all humankind.
