城乡融合发展背景下乡村社会的重建逻辑

摘　　要：应用曼海姆的社会重建理论思想为构建城乡融合发展背景下中国乡村社会重建提供新的解释框架。基于曼海姆社会重建的理论内涵,需要对曼海姆的社会重建理论进行两方面的改造:一是曼海姆社会重建理论强调的是社会自身的恢复,而中国乡村社会重建强调发挥政府主导作用;二是曼海姆社会重建理论的最终旨意在于实现西方社会的自由民主传统,因此他倡导“为自由而计划”的主张,而我国乡村社会重建的最终旨意在于重建乡村社会秩序。基于上述两点认识,提出我国乡村社会重建的理论分析框架思路:各级政府是乡村社会重建的主体,村庄规划是乡村社会重建的策略,社会技术是乡村社会重建的手段,尊重农民主体地位是乡村社会重建的内容,秩序重塑是乡村社会重建的实质。The study aims to provide a new interpretive framework for the social reconstruction in rural China in the context of rural reconstruction with Mannheim’s theory of social reconstruction.As for the content of Mannheim’s social reconstruction theory,there are two aspects that need to be revised.While Mannheim’s theory emphasizes the reconstruction of society itself,China’s rural social reconstruction emphasizes the leading role of government.Besides,the ultimate purpose of Mannheim’s theory of social reconstruction is to realize the liberal democratic tradition of Western society,and therefore,he advocates the idea of“planning for freedom”.However,the ultimate aim of China’s rural social reconstruction is to re-establish rural social orders.Based on the above two understandings,the paper puts forward carefully a thinking framework of theoretical analysis for rural social reconstruction in China.What is crucial in rural social reconstruction is that government at all levels is the main body,village planning is the strategy,social technology is the means,respecting for the main position of farmers is the content,and that order reshaping is the essence.
