摘 要:肌少症是与年龄相关的疾病,给患者带来了许多不良后果并且给社会造成经济负担。肠-肌轴作为联系肠道菌群和肌肉的桥梁,有治疗肌少症的潜力,但其机制仍不够清楚,对肌少症的干预治疗效果仍不够理想。所以本文对肠-肌轴与肌少症的相关性、肠-肌轴参与肌少症的发病过程、肠-肌轴与肌少症的干预治疗这三个方面进行了综述。结果表明,肠道菌群可以通过蛋白质合成与分解、线粒体功能、氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗和慢性低度炎症等方面影响肌肉的质量和功能,而运动联合药物,尤其是联合肠道菌群产物丁酸盐共同干预可以对肌少症达到更好的治疗效果。Sarcopenia is an age-related disease that brings numerous adverse consequences to patients and imposes an economic burden on society.The gut-muscle axis,serving as a bridge between intestinal flora and muscle,holds the potential for treating sarcopenia.However,its mechanism remains unclear,and the effect of intervention on sarcopenia is still far from ideal.Therefore,this paper reviews the correlation between the gut-muscle axis and sarcopenia,the involvement of the gut-muscle axis in the pathogenesis of sarcopenia,and the intervention of the gut-muscle axis on sarcopenia.The results demonstrate that intestinal flora can influence muscle quality and function through protein synthesis and decomposition,mitochondrial function,oxidative stress,insulin resistance,and chronic low-grade inflammation,among others.Moreover,the combination of exercise and drugs,particularly in combination with intestinal flora butyrate,can yield a better therapeutic outcome for sarcopenia.
