摘　　要：目的 构建“互联网+”网约护士准入标准及岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为网约护士的遴选和培养提供参考。方法 以胜任力冰山理论为基础,采用文献研究法、小组讨论法、德尔菲专家函询法拟定评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确立各指标权重。结果 共进行2轮专家函询,2轮专家函询积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.83和0.84,协调系数分别为0.214和0.256,最终形成准入标准4项,一级指标4项、二级指标12项、三级指标47项的“互联网+”网约护士准入标准及岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结论 “互联网+”网约护士准入标准及岗位胜任力评价指标体系的构建,具有科学性、可靠性,为我国网约护士的准入和培养提供参考依据。Objective To construct the entry standards and job competency evaluation index system of online appointment nurse,providing reference for the selection and evaluation of online appointment nurse.Methods Based on the theory of competency iceberg,the evaluation index system was formulated by using the methods of literature research,group discussion,and Delphi expert inquiry.The weights of each index were determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Results Two rounds of expert inquiry were conducted,with positive coefficients of 100%for both rounds.The authority coefficients were 0.83 and 0.84,the consistency coefficients were 0.214 and 0.256,Finally a competency evaluation index system for online appointment nurse was constructed,including 4 entry standards,4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 47 third-level indicators.Conclusion The construction of the entry standards and job competency evaluation index system for online appointment nurse is scientific and reliable,providing reference for the entry,training,and evaluation of internet-based nursing appointment in China.
