“校—警—研—企”合作机制下公安院校育人机制研究——以痕迹检验技术人才培养为例

摘  要:公安教育作为现代高等教育体系的重要组成部分,既是学历教育,也是社会化职业教育,承担着为公安队伍输送人才的重任,有着显著的专业化、职业化特征。为满足现代公安工作对专业人才的需求,培养具有一定研究能力的高层次警务人才和高素质应用型警务人才,该文围绕公安院校与公安实战单位、研究所和企业三者间的融合与协作机制,就公安院校育人机制开展探讨性研究,以期从“教—学—练—战—研”一体化角度构建公安院校实战化育人机制,实现新形势下公安人才培养理论化与实战化、创新性的互融互通。该文研究工作的开展有助于丰富公安专业和公安学科的内涵建设。As an important part of modern higher education system,public security education is not only academic education,but also socialized vocational education,which bears the heavy responsibility of providing talents for the public security team,and has remarkable professional and professional characteristics.In order to meet the demand for professional talents in modern public security work and cultivate high-level police talents with certain research ability and high-quality applied police talents,this paper focuses on the integration and cooperation mechanism between public security colleges and public security units,research institutes and enterprises,and carries out an exploratory study on the education mechanism of public security colleges and universities.The aim of the study is to construct the practical training mechanism of public security colleges from the integration angle of"teaching-learning-exercise-practice-research",and realize the mutual integration and communication of the theory,practical and innovative training of public security talents under the new situation.The research work of this paper is helpful to enrich the connotation construction of public security major and public security discipline.
