摘 要:2024年末,全国低空经济市场迎来前所未有的发展机遇,在市场爆发的同时对低空通信网络的需求也日益增长。为匹配低空经济对网络需求所提出的相关要求,本文通过分析用户行为、业务特性和网络特征之间的差异,来制定不同于传统地面通信场景的差异化移动管理策略,以使网络性能和稳定性更适宜低空通信尤其是以无人机和电动垂直起降飞行汽车等为核心的新兴产业链相关要求,最终实现低空经济与网络通信之间的协同发展,共同抓住预计超1.5万亿元人民币规模的产业发展机遇。By the end of 2024,the nationwide low-altitude economy market will encounter an unprecedented development opportunity.Along with its surge,the demand for low-altitude communication networks is also increasing.To meet the relevant requirements proposed by the low-altitude economy for network needs,this paper aims to formulate differentiated mobile management strategies that differ from traditional ground communication scenarios.This is achieved through an analysis of differences in user behavior,service characteristics,and network features,with the goal of making network performance and stability more suitable for low-altitude communications,particularly for emerging industrial chains centered around drones and eVTOL flying cars.The ultimate objective is to achieve coordinated development between the low-altitude economy and network communications,embracing a business opportunity valued at over 1.5 trillion RMB.
