摘　　要：陈瑸是清代康熙年间的著名清官,出生在雷州半岛,一生功绩卓越,被誉为“卓绝清官”“国家祥瑞”,身后留下大量诗文,其清廉品格和遗作对后世产生了重大影响。Chen Bin was a renowned official during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty.Born in Leizhou Peninsula,he achieved remarkable accomplishments throughout his life and was hailed as an"outstanding honest and upright official"and a"national auspice."After his death,he left behind a vast body of writings and poems.His integrity and literary legacy have had a significant impact on future generations.
