摘　　要：在新时代背景下,学术刊物作为学术传播与交流的核心平台,肩负着推动学术进步、促进知识创新的重要使命。然而,随着社会的快速变革和学科的深入发展,学报编辑部面临着高质量稿件稀缺、审稿难度提升、数字化出版冲击等多重挑战。同时,信息技术的进步和学术交流国际化的趋势也为学报编辑部带来了新的机遇。为应对挑战、把握机遇,有必要深入探讨高校学报编辑部党建工作与业务工作深度融合的路径与策略,即通过强化理论武装、完善制度机制、创新工作方法、加强队伍建设等措施,推动党建工作与业务工作相互渗透、相互促进,从而进一步提升学报质量和学术影响力。In the context of the new era,academic journals,as the core platform for academic communication and exchange,shoulder the important mission of promoting academic progress and knowledge innovation.However,with the rapid changes in society and the in-depth development of disciplines,the editorial department of journals is facing multiple challenges such as the scarcity of high-quality manuscripts,the difficulty of reviewing manuscripts,and the impact of digital publishing.At the same time,the progress of information technology and the trend of internationalization of academic exchanges have also brought new opportunities for the editorial department of journals.In order to cope with challenges and seize opportunities,the path and strategy for the deep integration of party building work and business work in the editorial department of university journals were discussed in depth.Through strengthening theoretical armed forces,improving institutional mechanisms,innovating work methods,and strengthening team building,the aim is to promote the mutual penetration and promotion of party building work and business work,thereby further improving the quality and academic influence of the journal.
