摘  要:在水温(15.6±1.5)℃和盐度30~31下,将平均体质量279 g的大西洋鲑(Salmo salar)降海鲑置于容积3 m^(3)、加入2.5 m^(3)水的圆柱形玻璃钢养殖缸中,每缸24尾,24 h连续充气。用NaNO_(2)母液配制亚硝酸盐质量浓度为0 mg/L(NaNO_(2)浓度<0.01 mg/L,对照组)、5.00 mg/L、9.44 mg/L、17.38 mg/L、33.66 mg/L、63.55 mg/L和120.00 mg/L,研究大西洋鲑(Salmo salar)降海鲑对亚硝酸盐毒性的耐受力。结果表明,亚硝酸盐对大西洋鲑降海鲑的24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的LC_(50)分别为46.636 mg/L、30.838 mg/L、15.266 mg/L和8.744 mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为0.874 mg/L。本研究结果可为合理调控大西洋鲑循环水养殖水体中亚硝酸盐浓度提供理论参考。Atlantic salmon(Salmo salar)with average body weight of 279 g was placed in a 3 m^(3) cylindrical glass fiber reinforced plastic culture tank with a volume of 2.5 m^(3) of water at stocking density of 24 fish per tank with continuous inflation for 24 h,and exposed to 0 mg/L(NaNO_(2) concentration<0.01 mg/L,control group),5.00 mg/L,9.44 mg/L,17.38 mg/L,33.66 mg/L,63.55 mg/L and 120.00 mg/L prepared by NaNO_(2) stock solution at water temperature of(15.6±1.5)℃and salinity of 30-31 to investigate the tolerance of smolt Atlantic salmon to nitrite toxicity.It was found that the acute LC_(50) of nitrite toxicity to the smolt was 46.636 mg/L in 24 h,30.838 mg/L in 48 h,15.266 mg/L in 72 h,and 8.744 mg/L in 96 h,with the safe concentration(SC)of 0.874 mg/L.The findings can provide theoretical reference with the reasonable regulation of the nitrite concentration in the water of Atlantic salmon RAS culture.
