摘  要:为研究周期性饥饿复投喂对暗色唇鲮(Semilabeo obscurus)生长性能、肝脏抗氧化力、肠道消化酶和肠道组织学结构的影响,在水温23~27℃下,将初始体质量(56.99±2.02)g的暗色唇鲮随机分为4组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,饲养于12个直径2.4 m的圆柱养殖缸中,采用周期性饥饿1 d、2 d、3 d再投喂6 d(S1F6)、5 d(S2F5)、4 d(S3F4)和持续投喂(对照组CON)4种投喂模式,共投喂60 d。结果显示:(1)S3F4组鱼的终末体质量、增重率、特定生长率和肥满度均显著低于CON组和S1F6组(P<0.05);S1F6组、S2F5组、S3F4组肝体比均显著低于CON组(P<0.05),各试验组间脏体比无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)S1F6组肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著低于CON组和S3F4组(P<0.05),S1F6组、S2F5组和S3F4组鱼的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)酶活性均显著低于CON组(P<0.05),但各试验组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);S3F4组的过氧化氢酶(CAT)酶活性显著低于CON组(P<0.05),其余各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);S2F5组和S3F4组肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著高于CON组(P<0.05),S1F6组与各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);S1F6组、S2F5组和S3F4组肝脏H_(2)O_(2)含量均显著高于CON组(P<0.05),但各试验组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(3)S2F5组和S3F4组肠道α淀粉酶活性显著低于CON组(P<0.05),但S1F6组与各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);各组间肠道脂肪酶活性无显著性差异(P>0.05),但随着饥饿时间增加,肠道胰蛋白酶活性升高。(4)肠道组织学观察发现,各组间肠道杯状细胞数量和肌层厚度无显著性差异(P>0.05);S3F4组肠绒毛长度显著低于CON组、S1F6和S2F5组(P<0.05),其余各组无显著性差异(P>0.05);S3F4组肠绒毛宽度显著低于S2F5组(P<0.05),其余各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,周期性饥饿复投喂可激发暗色唇鲮补偿生长,引起肝脏抗氧化酶活性降低,其中S1F6组补偿生长最显著,对肝脏抗氧化酶、肠道消化酶活�A 60-day feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of starvation and re-feeding on growth performance,liver antioxidant capacity,and intestinal digestive enzymes activity,and histological structure of the juvenile dusky labiate-barbel Semilabeo obscurus.Juvenile dusky labiate-barbel with initial body weight of(56.99±2.02)g were reared into 12 cylindrical culture tank with a diameter of 2.4 m at stocking density of 30 fish per tank and fed in four feeding regimes of 0 d(control group),1 d,2 d,and 3 d starvation and the refeeding 6 d,5 d,and 4 d at water temperature of 23-27℃.The results showed that:(1)There were significantly lower final body weight,weight gain rate,specific growth rate and condition factor in the fish in the S3F4 group than those in the fish in the control and S1F6 group(P<0.05).The fish in S1F6,S2F5 and S3F4 groups had significantly lower hepatosomatic index than the fish in the control group(P<0.05),without significant difference in visceral index among all groups(P>0.05).(2)The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the liver of the fish in S1F6 group were shown to be significantly lower than those of fish in the control and S3F4 group(P<0.05),with significantly lower superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities in the S1F6,S2F5,and S3F4 groups than those of fish in the control group(P<0.05).There was significantly lower catalase(CAT)activity in the S3F4 group than that in the control group(P<0.05),with significantly higher liver malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in the S2F5 and S3F4 groups than those in fish in the control group(P<0.05),without significant difference in MDA contents in the S1F6 group and other groups(P>0.05).The liver H_(2)O_(2) content in the S1F6,S2F5 and S3F4 groups was significantly higher than those in fish in the control group(P<0.05),without significant difference in H_(2)O_(2) content among three treated groups(P>0.05).(3)The activities of intestinalα-amylase were significantly decreased in S2F5 and S3F4 compared with those of fish in
