浙江近海曼氏无针乌贼春、秋季群体形态比较分析

摘  要:2022年春季(3月—4月)和秋季(10月—11月)在浙江近海禁渔区线以西海域(27°0′~31°0′N,120°0′~124°0′E)设115个调查站位,采用4个航次底拖网采集曼氏无针乌贼(Sepiella japonica)样本,近海张网、拖虾作业补充取样,测量全长、胴长、胴宽、头长、眼径、眼间距、腕足(1~4)、触腕长,及触穗长12个长度形态指标,利用独立样本t检验、主成分分析和判别分析研究该海域曼氏无针乌贼春季、秋季群体的形态差异。结果表明,曼氏无针乌贼春季、秋季群体胴长/全长差异显著,胴宽/全长、头长/全长、触腕长/全长和触穗长/全长差异极显著;主成分分析构建了2个反映形态特征的主成分,主成分1主要体现在眼部和胴长的差异,主成分2主要体现在腕足和头部差异。11个形态指标在判别分析中的综合判别正确率为81.3%,经交叉验证判别率为80.7%。研究表明,曼氏无针乌贼春季、秋季群体存在一定差异,秋季群体腕足指标接近于人工养殖群体。The morphological differences between spring and autumn populations were comparatively investigated in samples of Japanese spineless cuttlefish Sepiella japonica collected from the waters west of the line of the Zhejiang Offshore Fishing Prohibition Zone(27°0'-31°0'N,120°0'-124°0'E)based on the survey samples of near-seabed trawl fishery in spring(March-April)and autumn(October-November)of 2022 by measuring 12 length morphological indices including total length,carcass length,carcass width,head length,eye diameter,eye distance,wrist foot,and tentacle length by independent sample t test,principal component analysis and discriminant analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences in mantle length/total length between spring and autumn populations,and very significant differences in mantle width/total length,head length/total length,tentacle length/total length and tentacle length/total length.Principal component analysis constructed two principal components reflecting morphological characteristics:principal component 1 being reflected in the difference between eyes and mantle length,and principal component 2 being reflected in the difference between wrist,foot and head.The discriminant analysis revealed that 11 morphological indices comprehensive discriminant accuracy of 81.3%,with the cross-validation discriminant rate of 80.7%.The findings indicated that there were some differences between the spring population and the autumn population of Japanese spineless cuttlefish,and that the brachiopod index in the autumn population was found to be close to that of the artificial breeding population.
