长岛香螺(Neptunea cumingii Crosse)野生群体壳形态性状与体质量相关性和通径分析

摘  要:通过探究香螺(Neptunea cumingii Crosse)壳形态性状与体质量的关系,明确关键壳形态性状对体质量的决定程度,为香螺选择育种提供理论依据。在5月采集长岛小钦岛自然海域(38°20′19″N,120°50′52″E)102个野生香螺成体,测量体质量(BW)和壳高(SH)、壳宽(SW)、壳厚(ST)、壳口高(SAH)、壳口宽(SAW)、体螺层高(BWH),和螺旋部高(SWH)7个壳形态性状,进行描述性统计、相关性分析、回归分析,和通径分析等多元统计分析。结果表明:大部分香螺壳形态性状与体质量呈极显著相关(P<0.01);利用逐步回归分析,建立了最优回归方程Y=-195.182+2.966XSW+1.431XBWH+0.641XSAH(R2=0.845)。通径分析显示,壳宽对体质量的直接作用最大,其次为体螺层高、壳口高。决定系数显示,所选3个壳形态性状对体质量的共同决定系数之和为0.848。建议在以长岛香螺野生群体为亲本进行选育时,将壳宽作为第一选择性状,同时关注壳口高和体螺层高的协同作用。In order to provide theoretical basis for limpet Neptunea cumingii Crosse selective breeding,the main shell morphological traits affecting the body weight of the limpet were measured,including shell height(SH),shell width(SW),shell thickness(ST),shell aperture height(SAH),shell aperture width(SAW),body whorl height(BWH),spiral whorl height(SWH)and body weight(BW),in 102 samples collected from the natural sea area of Xiaoqin Island(38°20′19"N,120°50′52"E)in Changdao,Yantai,Shandong province,China in May.The relationship between shell morphological traits and body weight of the limpet was analyzed by correlation analysis,regression analysis,and path analysis.Results showed that most shell morphological traits were very significantly related with body weight(P<0.01),with the optimal regression equation established by stepwise regression as Y=-195.182+2.966XSW+1.431XBWH+0.641XSAH.Path analysis showed that there was the maximal direct effect of shell width on body weight,with the total determination coefficients of 0.848 for three shell morphological traits,followed by the body whorl height and shell aperture height.The findings indicate that shell width can be considered as the first choice in selective breeding of the limpet which is bred with the wild population from Changdao as parents,while attention,on some extent,should be paid to the effect of shell aperture height and body whorl height.
