3种拟除虫菊酯在中间球海胆稚胆培育中清除分叉小猛水蚤的初步研究

摘  要:本研究旨在探明3种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂在中间球海胆(Strongylocentrotus intermedius)稚胆培育过程中,对分叉小猛水蚤(Tisbe furcata)的杀灭效果和安全使用剂量。在水温(14.4±0.3)℃下,将平均胆径(685.51±23.22)μm的中间球海胆稚置于100 mL的水体中,采用静水试验法开展急性毒性试验,研究氰戊菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯对中间球海胆稚胆的24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的半致死浓度(LC_(50))和安全浓度(SC)。结果显示:氰戊菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯对中间球海胆稚胆的24 h LC_(50)分别为5.77 mg·L^(-1)、4.80 mg·L^(-1)和0.22 mg·L^(-1);48 h LC_(50)分别为4.36 mg·L^(-1)、4.50 mg·L^(-1)和0.19 mg·L^(-1);72 h LC_(50)分别为3.62 mg·L^(-1)、3.39 mg·L^(-1)和0.16 mg·L^(-1);96 h LC_(50)分别为3.34 mg·L^(-1)、2.93 mg·L^(-1)和0.14 mg·L^(-1);SC分别为0.33 mg·L^(-1)、0.29 mg·L^(-1)和0.01 mg·L^(-1)。0.11 mg·L^(-1)的溴氰菊酯和2.02 mg·L^(-1)的氰戊菊酯可清除分叉小猛水蚤,但使用后72 h稚胆平均死亡率为13.33%,因此二者均不适宜在中间球海胆稚胆培育过程中杀灭分叉小猛水蚤。高效氯氰菊酯在0.25~0.29 mg·L^(-1)添加量下对分叉小猛水蚤的杀灭效果最好,稚胆全部存活,且毒副作用不明显,适用于杀灭中间球海胆稚胆培育过程中的分叉小猛水蚤。The aim of this study is to determine the safe dosage and insecticidal efficacy of three pyrethroid insecticides on Tisbe furcata during the cultivation process of juvenile sea urchins of Strongylocentrotus intermedius.In this experiment,juvenile sea urchins of S.intermedius with an average urchin diameter of(685.51±23.22)μm were placed in 100 mL of water at a water temperature of(14.4±0.3)℃.Acute toxicity tests were performed to determine the 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h lethal concentration 50%(LC_(50))and safety concentration(SC)of fenvalerate,beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin using the hydrostatic test method.The findings indicated that 24 h LG50,48 h,72 h LG50,and 96 h LC_(50) of juvenile sea urchins were 5.77 mg·L^(-1),4.36 mg·L^(-1),3.62 mg·L^(-1),and 3.34 mg·L^(-1) for fenvalerate;4.80 mg·L^(-1),4.50 mg·L^(-1),3.39 mg·L^(-1),and 2.93 mg·L^(-1) for beta-cypermethrin;0.22 mg·L^(-1),0.19 mg·L^(-1),0.16 mg·L^(-1),and 0.14 mg·L^(-1) for deltamethrin.The safe concentrations in juvenile sea urchins for fenvalerate,beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin were 0.33 mg·L^(-1),0.29 mg·L^(-1),and 0.01 mg·L^(-1),respectively.Deltamethrin at a dosage of 0.11 mg·L^(-1) and fenvalerate at a dosage of 2.02 mg·L^(-1) could remove T.furcata but would harm juvenile sea urchins,so neither was suitable for killing T.furcata in the process of cultivating juvenile sea urchins of S.intermedius.Beta-cypermethrin is the most effective at killing T.furcata at a dosage of 0.25-0.29 mg·L^(-1).It is also safe for juvenile sea urchins with insignificant toxic side effect,making it suitable for use in the cultivation of juvenile sea urchins of S.intermedius.
