摘　　要：加强研究生党支部建设,对培养有理想、有本领、有担当新时代研究生具有关键作用。本研究基于“双一流”高校理工科研究生党建工作现状调查,提出依托学科、课题组、实验室为单位,通过党建引领、制度保障双重机制强化工作效能,在党的建设、人才培养、科学研究等方面形成合力,充分发挥研究生党支部的育人功能和战斗堡垒作用,探索形成了一条“双一流”理工科研究生党支部的创新建设路径,并以华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院研究生党支部设置模式创新建设为例,阐述该创新模式的具体构建方式和成效。Strengthening the construction of Party branches of graduate students,which plays a vital role in cultivating graduate students with ideals,skills and responsibilities in the new era.Based on the investigation of the Party building work of science and engineering graduate students in"double first-class"universities,this paper puts forward the innovative construction path of the"double first-class"science and engineering graduate Party branch with disciplines,research groups and laboratories as units,through the guidance of Party building and institutional guarantee,to form a joint force in Party building,talent training and scientific research,and give full play to the educational function and fighting fortress role of the graduate student Party branch.This paper also takes the innovative construction of the graduate Party branch setup model in the School of Optics and Electronic Information,Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example,explaining the specific construction method and effectiveness of this innovative model.
