摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的进一步发展以及我国社会主义思想、文化建设事业的有效推进,越来越多的高校思政教育工作者开始对相关课程和教育管理工作的完善投来关注的目光,一系列与之有关的教育理念、方法也不断出现并在相应的实践工作中取得颇为可观的应用成果。立足于以上几个方面的客观事实和趋势,作者将结合自身的工作经验和对有关研究成果的学习、分析,依托文献查阅、案例分析、归纳等方法获取相关信息,基于现代社会的宏观背景,具体围绕“现代社会环境下大学生思想政治教育与管理方法研究”一题撰文,并从不同角度出发提出一些个人看法和策略性建议,希望可以对诸位起到一定的帮助作用。With the further development of higher education reform and the effective advancement of our socialist thought and cultural construction,more and more ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities have begun to pay attention to the improvement of related courses and educational management.A series of educational ideas and methods related to it have also emerged and made considerable achievements in the corresponding practical work.Based on the objective facts and trends in the above aspects,the author combines his own work experience and the study and analysis of related research results to obtain the relevant information.Based on the research on the methods of ideological and political education and management of college students in the modern social environment,this paper puts forward some personal opinions and strategic suggestions from different angles to hope it helpful.
