摘  要:煤电机组改造升级是提高机组灵活、高效、环保运行的重要手段,对助力风能、光伏发电等清洁能源消纳和“双碳”目标的如期实现方面具有重要意义。某电厂2×300 MW循环流化床锅炉为解决床温分布不均匀、初始NO_(x)生产浓度高等问题,实施水冷蒸发屏、屏式再热器扩容技术改造。实施后,锅炉中部床温显著下降并实现均匀分布,有效降低了NO_(x)生成量,提高了机组运行的灵活性,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。The transformation and upgrading of coal-fired power units is an important means to improve their flexible,efficient,and environmentally friendly operation.It is of great significance in assisting the consumption of clean energy such as wind and solar power and achieving the"dual carbon"goals on schedule.In order to solve the problems of uneven bed temperature distribution and high initial NO_(x)production concentration in a 2×300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler of a certain power plant,a water-cooled evaporative screen and screen type reheater expansion technology transformation was implemented.After implementation,the bed temperature in the middle of the boiler significantly decreased and achieved uniform distribution,effectively reducing NO_(x)generation and improving the flexibility of unit operation,which has good economic and social benefits.
