摘 要:综采工作面运输巷带式输送机移动机尾的传统移动方式存在诸多问题,如地质条件和巷道宽度的限制,拉移过程中出现拉不动、固定锚杆被拉断和钢丝绳损坏等现象,以及频繁挪移绞车和更换钢丝绳费时费力等问题。针对这些问题,设计了一种支撑式自移机尾,采用液压支撑千斤顶支撑转载机的方式进行带式输送机机尾自移。实际应用表明,该设计可有效避免钢丝绳伤人等安全隐患,提高工作效率并减少材料投入,降低劳动强度及人工成本。There are many problems with the traditional way of moving the tail of the belt conveyor in the transportation roadway of a fully-mechanized mining face,such as limitations in geological conditions and roadway width,inability to move during the pulling process,breakage of fixed anchor rods and damage to steel wire ropes,as well as frequent relocation of the winch and replacement of steel wire ropes,which are time-consuming and laborious.In response to these issues,a supporting self moving machine tail was proposed,using hydraulic supporting jacks to support the transfer machine for the self movement of the belt conveyor tail.The practical application show that this design can effectively avoid safety hazards such as wire rope injuries,improve work efficiency,reduce material input,and reduce labor intensity and labor costs.
