活性磁化水高效喷雾降尘技术在综掘工作面的应用

摘  要:为有效解决防尘水湿润粉尘性能差、综掘机喷雾无法有效覆盖尘源的问题,研发了活性磁化水高效降尘水基介质,并结合掘进机截割期间综掘工作面作业空间粉尘运移分布规律模拟结果,基于气水两相喷雾技术,针对综掘机截割滚筒构建了具有宽雾化覆盖面的喷雾场。现场应用表明,所构建的活性磁化水高效喷雾场能有效降低综掘工作面掘进期间作业的粉尘浓度,其中作业区域的总粉尘平均降尘率为87.3%,呼吸性粉尘平均降尘率为84.5%,取得了很好的防尘效果。In order to effectively solve the problem of poor dust wetting performance of dust-proof water and the inability of fully-mechanized excavators spray to effectively cover the dust source,a water-based medium of activated magnetized water with high efficiency for dust removal was developed.Combined with the simulation results of dust movement and distribution in the working space of fully-mechanized mining face during the cutting of roadheader,based on the gas-water two-phase spray technology,a spray field with wide atomization coverage was constructed for the cutting drum of fully-mechanized excavators.The field application shows that the active magnetized water high efficiency spray field can effectively reduce the dust concentration during the excavation of the fully-mechanized mining face,in which the average total dust reduction rate of the working area of the personnel at the fully-mechanized driving face is 87.3%,and the average exhalation dust reduction rate is 84.5%,achieving good dust removal effect.
