摘  要:水力压裂是目前最常用的煤层增透技术,对瓦斯的高效抽采十分重要。为了解决水力压裂技术因装备技术水平不足以及评价方法不完善造成的孔径小、流量小、难评价的问题,提升矿井瓦斯抽采效率,通过多泵并联压裂系统、瞬变电磁法、钻孔验证(盐度检测)等压裂范围检测技术,对大孔径、大流量水力压裂增透技术及评价方法进行了研究。研究结果表明,该技术可以适应煤矿井下实际工作环境与要求,压裂钻孔的影响半径最大达到152.5 m;采用该技术的压裂区域内抽采钻孔平均单孔抽采纯量是普通技术的2.29~3.25倍,部分区域平均单孔抽采纯量可达普通压裂技术的3.70~5.25倍,水力压裂增透效果良好。Hydraulic fracturing is the most commonly used permeability enhancement technology of coal seam,which is very important for efficient gas extraction.In order to solve the problems of small aperture,small flow and difficult evaluation caused by inadequate equipment technology level and imperfect evaluation method of on-site hydraulic fracturing technology,and improve the efficiency of mine gas extraction,the hydraulic fracturing technology and evaluation technology of large aperture and large flow were studied through multi-pump parallel fracturing system,transient electromagnetic method and drilling verification(salinity detection)and other fracturing range detection technologies.The research shows that this technology can adapt to the actual working environment and requirements of the well;the maximum affected radius of the fracturing drilling is 152.5 meters;the average single hole extraction purity of most fracturing areas using this technology is 2.29~3.25 times that of ordinary technology,and the average single hole extraction purity in some areas can reach 3.70~5.25 times that of ordinary fracturing technology,and hydraulic fracturing has a good effect on increasing permeability.
