摘 要:徐州某燃煤电厂由于循环流化床机组冷渣器回水温度较低,导致6号低压加热器入口温度低于设计值,造成该低压加热器危急疏水直排凝汽器部分工况下水位高频繁解列和冷渣器冷却水量无法有效控制等问题。针对出现的问题,结合实际工况进行研究分析,对冷渣器回水进行了新增电动调节门、更换孔板流量计等优化改造,实现了冷渣器冷却水回水温度、水量等参数的精细化智能控制。In a coal-fired power plant in Xuzhou,due to the low return water temperature of the unit's slag cooler of the circulating fluidized bed,the inlet temperature of the No.6 low pressure heater is lower than the design value,resulting in problems such as high-frequency separation of the water level and ineffective control of the cooling water volume of the slag cooler under some operating conditions of the emergency drain direct discharge condenser of the low-pressure heater.In response to the problems that arose,research and analysis were conducted based on actual working conditions.Optimization and transformation were carried out on the return water of the slag cooler,including the addition of an electric control valve and the replacement of an orifice flow meter.This achieved precise and intelligent control of parameters such as the cooling water return temperature and water volume of the slag cooler.
