摘 要:为解决74104工作面上侧区段保护煤柱受压破碎造成的采空区漏风供氧问题,研究了塑性封堵技术和塑性喷涂技术,对相关材料配比进行优选试验,确定了合理的配比方案及工艺流程。现场应用表明,封堵技术科学可靠,封堵材料性能优越,能够有效减少采空区漏风,降低采空区自然发火风险。In order to solve the problem of air leakage and oxygen supply in goaf caused by the crushing of protective coal pillar in the upper side section of No.74104 working face,the plastic plugging technology and plastic spraying technology were studied,and the optimal material ratio was tested to determine a reasonable ratio scheme and process flow.Field applications show that the plugging technology is scientific and reliable,the performance of plugging material is superior,being able to effectively reduce air leakage in goaf,reducing the risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf.
